Freedom To Speak Up

Wirral Hospice St John’s is truly committed to continue to grow an open, honest and transparent culture.

Speaking up about a concern or worry you have at work, or if you volunteer here, is really important. In fact, it’s a priority for our senior leadership team and board of trustees that you feel comfortable and safe in speaking up.

You can speak up about any issue, whether it affects patients, colleagues, or something which affects you personally.

We would always encourage you to speak up to your line manager, a senior leader, HR or a trustee in the first instance. If this is not possible, please contact our Freedom To Speak Up Guardians (below) who will arrange to hear your concern impartially.
